Responsibilities:

• Manage full spectrum of Compensation & Benefits functions including Payroll and MPF administration, employee benefits administration
• Supervise the vendor to process monthly payroll.  Work with service providers to manage the operations of  benefits program
• Undertake compensation and benefits benchmarking exercises. Prepare data for salary analysis to ensure C&B programs are competitive
• Responsible for annual salary review, salary budgets, salaries tax filing and reward programs for the affiliate
• Assist in reviewing and implementation of C&B policies and procedures
• Ensure all C&B programs conform to company’s compliance, Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related regulations
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits gained from MNC or sizable organization
• Well versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and other HR related regulations
• Ability to work in a dynamic team environment
• Detail oriented, well-organized, proactive and independent
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Sound knowledge in using MS Office and HRIS
