職責:

- 維持辦公室整齊清潔。包括廚房, 各樣辦公設施‚家具及電話，以及接待處和共同工作區域

- 確保廚房及有關照明正常運作, 適時更換及訂購所需物品以作備用

- 處理郵件及快遞發貨

- 協助辦公室行政運作, 如會議室及辦公室的茶點及其他特別事項

- 對客戶保持禮貌及熱誠

- 執行其他特派任務
