Responsibilities

• Work closely with line managers on staffing issues, hiring and people development needs
• Handle full process of recruitment & selection work independently for HK and other APAC branches, e.g. Bangladesh, Cambodia, Indonesia
• Plan recruitment and talent acquisition strategies and explore recruitment channels
• Analyze staff turnover data and make recommendations to line
• Provide advice and solutions on training & development needs
• Assist Manager to lead performance management program in the region including salary & bonus review
• Work with line managers to prepare and update job descriptions when there are changes
• Benchmark market pay for talent attraction
• Assist in headcount budget and analysis

 

Requirement

• Degree holder in HR Management or Business
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Proactive with good communication skills and can do attitude
• Well-verse in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
• Minimum 6 years HR work experience with at least 3 years in recruitment and account servicing in multinational companies, regional exposure preferred
