Job Description
Responsibilities
-
Work closely with line managers on staffing issues, hiring and people development needs
- Handle full process of recruitment & selection work independently for HK and other APAC branches, e.g. Bangladesh, Cambodia, Indonesia
- Plan recruitment and talent acquisition strategies and explore recruitment channels
- Analyze staff turnover data and make recommendations to line
- Provide advice and solutions on training & development needs
- Assist Manager to lead performance management program in the region including salary & bonus review
- Work with line managers to prepare and update job descriptions when there are changes
- Benchmark market pay for talent attraction
- Assist in headcount budget and analysis
Requirement
- Degree holder in HR Management or Business
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Proactive with good communication skills and can do attitude
- Well-verse in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
- Minimum 6 years HR work experience with at least 3 years in recruitment and account servicing in multinational companies, regional exposure preferred
