Responsibilities:

l   Handle centre operations administration (e.g. finance, logistics, material printing) in head quarter

l   Coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth centres operations

l   Assist in develop and implement marketing activities, e.g. roadshow, seminars and kids' workshops;

l   Assist in artwork design for promotional materials

l   Preparation of reports and budgeting

l   Handle enquiry from public

l   Handle ad hoc tasks when assigned.

Requirements:

l   University graduate is preferred

l   Minimum 2 years' solid admin experience in sizable company;

l   Multi-task orientation;

l   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

l   Good team player;

l   Love children, energetic, high initiative, independent and mature;

l   Work on Saturdays and Sundays may be required
