The incumbent will be responsible for liaising with various parties, including designers, engineers and surveyors on corporate documents, and preparing necessary documents and reports for shop licensed propose as well as generating periodical operational and management reports for our retail chain stores.

• Higher Diploma graduate in Business Administration or equivalent, candidates with basic accounting knowledge and familiar with MS Excel functions will be an advantage;
• At least 1-2 years’ relevant experience;
• Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Familiar with MS Application and Chinese Word Processing;
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua;
• Immediate available will be an advantage.
