Responsibilities:

• Perform full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment & selection, payroll administration, compensation, employee relations, group medical and life insurance, etc.
• Assist the department in handling ad hoc projects
• Assist to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate staff information and records in HRIS/ e-Leave System such as annual leave record, gratuity, calculation, payroll movement report for accounting
• Liaise with different HR function of the group and directly report to Group HR Director in China
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or other related disciplines
• 5+ years ' relevant HR working experience  in sizable organization, with exposure in manufacturing and retail industry is an advantage.
• Hands on HRIS system support background would be preferred
• Ability to calculate salary, final payment, bonus, commission payments
• Good knowledge on Hong Kong HR practice and labour ordinance
• Hands-on PC knowledge in MS Office (includes English & Chinese typing)
• Well-organized, hardworking, willing to learn
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Able to keep strictly confidential of all the personal and private and other relevant information
• Immediately available is preferred
