Job Summary
The job holder will oversee the development of club membership, maintenance of membership accounts and member communications. 

Responsibilities
Working closely with the Membership Sub-Committee, the incumbent will carry out the following duties:

• Provide leadership and direction to the Membership department including sales & marketing, corporate communication and members service
• Explore new business opportunities for the growth of the Club’s membership
• Develop and implement membership strategies including debenture sales programme and  introduction of new membership category
• Develop and implement short-term and long-term plan to foster member relations and increase the usage of the Club
• Produce useful members data to the operational team in order to better match with members’ interest and activities
• Handle members enquiries and complaints
• Attend to proceedings for ballot meetings for admitting new members

Requirements
• University graduate in marketing/communication/business discipline
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience in a managerial position
• Team player, independent, well-organized and detail-minded with strong sense of responsibility
• Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
