RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement training strategies to create effective training programs / modules and training support materials to enhance members’ skills and knowledge in Compensation Plan and Products
• Handle training programs communication plan
• Support field activities organised by Company and Members
• Handle members’ enquires via calls, mails or one-on-one consultation
  
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree holder with a minimum of 2 years experience in training preferably in the direct selling industry
• Good communication and public speaking skills
• Able to work independently
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Computer literate with good power point skills
• Willing to travel throughout the Greater China Region
