主要職責:

• 協助執行董事日常工作及實施計劃
• 公司檔案整理及備案
• 完整性和保密性高的專業標準
• 行政工作等(含規章制度、流程等)
• 與高級管理層團隊經常涌通，以確保重點項目進展。
• 駐守國內東莞廠

 

任職資格:

• 中七以上學歷; 最少俱備2年工作經驗(有內地公司工作經驗更佳)
• 流利廣東話, 英語及普通話(必須)
• 熟悉電腦操作(MS word, excel, powerpoint, outlook及中文打字)
• 能獨立處理工作
• 有責任感, 願意學習
