Responsibilities

• Issue, update and follow up purchase orders
• Generate and prepare sales, inventory and other related reports
• Provide supports to Buying Team on sales review, stock allocation, merchandises delivery and inventory control 
• Handle clerical and all routine works for Buying Team
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required

 Requirements

• University graduate in fashion, merchandising or related discipline
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in fashion and retail industry
• Detail minded, good coordination and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available is preferred
