The opportunity:

Our client is a well-establish international law firm with good reputation in the market. Currently, they are looking for a Human Resource Officer to come on board and add a fresh element to their learning and development function. The chosen candidate will work closing with Training Manager and directly report to Office Manager.

Job Description

• Support the whole spectrum of the training function, from strategic planning to implementation and coordination of training initiatives
• Assist in preparation of training materials 
• Communicate with relevant department heads/team leaders
• Occasional training delivery may be required
• Support the firm internship program
• Other ad-hoc tasks

The successful candidate should have the following requirements:

• Bachelors degree is highly preferred
• Good written and spoken in both English and Mandarin is preferred 
• Good IT (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) skills 
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills 
• Energetic and confident, able to work with people from different backgrounds
• Ability to work in a team environment
