Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist to front-line recruitment, including staff orientation, job fairs etc
- Assist to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Assist to develop and implement C&B projects
- Assist to input and update staff record in HRIS system
- Analysis data and prepare all HR reports timely & accurately
- To support ad-hoc projects as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- 0 to 1 year of relevant working experience, fresh graduate is welcome
- Detail-minded with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Good at MS Office especially in Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Hands-on experience with IPL is an advantage
- Immediately available is highly preferred
