Our client, a Hong Kong-listed Chinese media company is seeking a Manager, Facility Management. Reporting to the Director and being responsible for administration, procurement and facility management, Candidate is responsible for:

Responsibilities

• Managing a sub team to focus on office administration and procurement with personal core focus on facilities management
• Delivering efficient and effective office administration services and facilities planning to meet the needs of internal customers
• Assisting in project management on office renovation works and layout design
• Overseeing company property and facilities
• Liaising with external contractors and service providers

Requirements

• Degree holder with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience gained from sizeable organization with which 3 years at supervisory level
• Hands-on experience and sound knowledge in office administration and facilities management
• Sound experience in procurement function
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Independent, mature, meticulous, self-motivated and able to work under tight deadlines
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and proficiency in Chinese Word Processing is a MUST
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a MUST
