Responsibilities:

• Conduct job profiling for all the existing job roles of Jebsen Group. 
• Conduct interviews with subject matter experts/ line managers to understand the job duties, role and responsibilities and requirements of each role.
• Document the profile/description in a standardised format for each role.
• Occasional travel to PRC is required.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources, Psychology or related disciplines.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience as HR professional or recruitment consultant.
• Solid experiences in writing job profiles/descriptions. Hands-on experience in recruitment is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication & organisational skills.
• High proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Excellent PC skills in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
