Job Description
Objective:
Design and implement dedicated training programs to front line sales team, improving the overall product knowledge level, selling skill level and team management efficiency.
Job Descriptions:
- Training needs analysis and defining the skill requirements of retail staff and shop managers.
- With the support from Italy Head Quarter Training Department, designing and implementing training programs covering Induction, Product Knowledge, Customer Services, Selling Skills, Management Skills, Leadership Training and Coaching.
- Working with retail operation team, design and improve the efficiency of retail shop daily work flow and related policy and procedure.
- Regular shop visit and delivery in shop training to ensure the training result is properly assessed and excellent service level as an outcome is achieved.
- Deliver regular corporate training to office / supporting function staff.
- Prepare regular reports and monitor the training budgets, schedules and resources allocation.
- Prepare a user-friendly and efficient E-Learning platform with IT function
- Participate to talent development programs.
- Complete other tasks assigned by line manager
Job Requirements:
- Min. 5 years solid experiences in retail training, favorable gained from fashion / footwear categories.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Excellent in Presentation and Course Delivery Skill
- Experience in performance coaching and leadership training to front line managers
- Able to develop training material and design training programs independently, as well as the training result assessment and follow up
