Job Responsibilities:

• Work with internal teams for all kinds of inventory management activities
• Conduct demand forecasts, production planning & stock level optimization.
• Analyze Sales patterns, Stock replenishment & Inventory level
• Maintain the system update and accuracy of inventory record regularly.
• Prepare regular report.
• Maintaining and checking inventory list
• Prepare shipping documents
• Import and Export Declaration – Trade link

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above.
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in inventory and logistics operations.
• Proficient in MS Office
• Advanced Excel is MUST
• Familiar with operating ERP system
• With Accounting knowledge
• Fluent communication of English and conversational Putonghua
• Responsible, detail-minded and good team player & communications skills
• Immediately available is highly preferred

Location: Central, Hong Kong
