Job Description

I. Requirements :

  • Degree holder in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 7 years or above experience in HR & office administration, preferably with sizable organization.
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations.
  • Good team player, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, attentive to details and good organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing.
  • Proficient in English and Cantonese.
  • Knowledge in Photoshop is preferable.

II. Responsibilities :

  • Provide support in daily office administration activities, including procurement of office supplies, maintenance and contract renewal of office equipment, data input, update records and filing, etc.
  • Liaise with IT service provider to maintain system & server support
  • Maintain the tidiness and keep stock of pantry supplies
  • Supervise the daily operations of Office Assistant & Receptionist
  • Assist in handling all-round Human Resources functions including but not limited to payroll, compensation and benefits, recruitment, leave administration, taxation and retirement schemes administration
  • Maintain staff information records and database in a proper manner.
  • Organize staff activities and training.
  • Prepare and consolidate reports.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects
