An International Telecommunication Company urgently looking for folllowing candidates to join:

Job Requirement:

• Degree holder or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance or Law discipline or equivalent
• Working experience in Finance industry (MNC) or Legal Firm is a plus
• Executive’s mindset, good presentation and communication skill
• Native in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Willing to take challenges and enjoy meeting people

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of daily support to Director
• Responsible for daily coordination with related departments
• Liaise with internal and external parties on business issues proactively and independently
• Assist in business proposal preparations, data collection and consolidation
• Schedule and liaise meetings, activities, travel plans, and manage Director’s calendar and billings
• Provide secretarial duties including organizing and preparing meeting agenda, taking minutes, handling correspondences, drafting emails, maintaining filing system and other personal matters
• Ad hoc projects as assigned
