Job Description

Requirements:

Responsible for developing a cohesive recruiting strategy to attract and hire the best talent for Grana.
Work with executive management to drive recruiting strategies and deliver results.
Responsible for monitoring and tracking progress against deliverables to ensure recruiting efforts meet the critical business needs of the company.
Create clear, milestone-based project plans to achieve project goals on schedule.
Responsible for managing headcount planning and achieving recruiting targets.
Manage efforts to optimize employment branding, candidate experience, and other recruiting initiatives, tools
Manage the recruiting team, including strategically developing and building out team to achieve company's recruiting priorities.
Interview candidates for job roles—and be able to sell our company and our brand to the best candidates out there. (hiring is a two-way street!)
Ensure that the recruiting function is capable and well aligned with the vision and goals of the company through communication and results.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, identifying and implementing projects to increase recruiting efficiency and effectiveness.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of strong operational expertise in a fast growing company preferred.
Exceptional program/project management experience is required.
Strong management experience is required.
Recruiting experience preferred.
Ability to maintain a high level of organization and planning while reaching aggressive timelines and maintaining excellent client satisfaction metrics.
Ability to deliver results within a dynamic and fast paced environment.
Excellent communication skills as well as a high level of empathy, diplomacy, and charm.
Experience with strategic, company-wide training programs and process improvements.
Experience with leveraging social media and marketing efforts to help achieve results.
