Our client, a reputable listed bank, is looking for experienced candidate to join their team. Focusing on business Intelligence and customer analytics, candidate is responsible for

Responsibilities:

• Lead data warehouse projects to deliver high quality business analytics and take a new strategy to enhance the analytics infrastructure within a robust controls framework
• Review, propose and lead the development of data mining/ statistical model for customer analysis, segmentation schemes, and data-driven analytics to drive customer acquisition and conversion
• Perform strategic analysis, customer segmentation, customer account plan, product profitability, KPIs, scorecard, dashboard and metrics to achieve divisional goals
• Conduct quantitative analysis, linear regression and modeling
• Ensure high degree of management information integrity and customer profitability analyses
• Monitor the product pricing, funding and margin against budget under the new FTP mechanism
• Partner with Technology team to deliver a stable reporting platform and operationalize new business analytics using data warehouse

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Quantitative Analysis, Marketing Research, Computing, Business, or Finance
• Minimum 5-8 years' relevant experience in business analytics, preferably with Data Warehouse knowledge
• Proficiency in SAS, SQL, Data Warehouse, statistical tools and PC including Excel and VBA etc
• Strong intellectual, analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent presentation skills to senior management, including strong oral and writing capabilities
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

***Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager
