Job Description
Responsibilities:

Act as Responsible Officer to supervise SFC Type 1, 2,4, 6 and/or 9 regulated activities

Provide support and assist to senior management on firm’s securities, investment and corporate finance activities

Manage daily operations to ensure full regulatory compliance

Implement business development and marketing plan
Requirements:
-
Degree holder in Banking/Finance/Law or any related disciplines
-
Sound understanding of Securities and Futures Ordinance, SFC Code of Conduct and rules

Possess strong leadership, analytical, communication and presentation skills
