Job Description

Scope of Work:

  • provide quality service and support to customers
  • assist in account-opening procedures
  • confirm trade details with customers
  • recording and updating customer data and other relevant information
  • provide administrative and clerical support to the department
  • handle customer enquiries

Requirement:

  • qualified RA1 licensed representative;
  • F. 5 or above or equivalent qualification
  • strong in online trading and customer service experience ;
  • familiar with Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing
  • good command of spoken Cantonese and Mandarin, and read/ write Chinese.
  • LocationHongKong or the mainland in Shenzhen

經驗和能力要求:

  • 香港證監會RA1牌照持有人;
  • 中五或以上,或同等學歷;
  • 豐富的網上證券交易和客戶服務經驗;
  • 熟練掌握Microsoft Office軟體應用及中文輸入法
  • 良好溝通能力,包括流利普通話、廣東話。
