Job Description
Scope of Work:
- provide quality service and support to customers
- assist in account-opening procedures
- confirm trade details with customers
- recording and updating customer data and other relevant information
- provide administrative and clerical support to the department
- handle customer enquiries

Requirement:
- qualified RA1 licensed representative;
- F. 5 or above or equivalent qualification
- strong in online trading and customer service experience ;
- familiar with Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing
- good command of spoken Cantonese and Mandarin, and read/ write Chinese.
- Location:HongKong or the mainland in Shenzhen
經驗和能力要求:
- 香港證監會RA1牌照持有人;
- 中五或以上,或同等學歷;
- 豐富的網上證券交易和客戶服務經驗;
- 熟練掌握Microsoft Office軟體應用及中文輸入法
- 良好溝通能力,包括流利普通話、廣東話。
