Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive and professional support to our clients;
• Handle all kinds of enquiries and complaints, account opening procedures;
• Assist our Account Executives or clients in executing Hong Kong securities trading orders with accuracy and efficiency;
• Maintain good relationship with clients;
• Responsible for filing, data entry, provide administrative and clerical support;
• Occasional travel to China and outdoor works may be required;
• Perform all other duties as assigned by seniors from time to time.

Requirements:

• Tertiary educated;
• At least 3 years’ experiences in dealing or customer services;
• Holder of SFC Type 1(Dealing in Securities) and Type 2 (Dealing in Futures Contracts) is definitely advantageous;
• High level of customer service orientation;
• Sociable with good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Multi-tasking and problem-solving skills;
• Mature, patient, cheerful and detail-minded;
• Fluent in Cantonese and Putonghua is a must;
• Candidate with more experience can be considered as Senior Officer.
