Roles & Responsibilities:

• Understanding and documenting current business requirements for production of fund factsheets, intermediary reports, insurance linked product reports, investment reports and other related report types
• Developing target architecture and operating model for fund reports delivery
• Developing cost model for estimating both implementation and on-going running costs for fund reports production
• Work closely with the APAC Business Stakeholders to understand and document the business requirements in terms of the variety and complexity of fund factsheets and associated reports to be produced
• Conduct business analysis work to include defining the types of reports, estbalishing criteria/framework for classifying complexity of reports and documentation of the data attributes on each type of report
  
• Serve as a liaison between Business and IT in reports delivery linked to Distribution and Fund Services
• Development of a set of validations rule to be applied during report production
• Contribute as a BA/PM, working with IT colleagues in Asia and Europe in the development of a high level target architecture
• Development of a cost proposal for both project implementation and on-going running costs
• Develop a project plan of the tasks to be completed
• Prepare test plans and participate in test execution covering integration tests and user acceptance tests.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Business Analysis involving Asset Management and/ or Private Banking industry specifically in Client Reporting and Distribution.
• Expertise in business requirements elicitation and documentation.
• Expertise in impact analysis,  gap analysis and change management.
• Experience in working under different project management methodologies: Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid.
• Exposure in using Business Intelligence and reporting tools
