Client Support and Training

• Work under direction of client Relationship Manager
• Provide onsite training to ensure clients are aware of product features, functionality and content
• Drive and facilitate daily client support through email, phone and in person
• Work with clients to execute competitor analysis

Collaboration and Planning

• Work with Development team, Functional Architects and Technical Relationship Managers in order to spec, test and roll out enhancements
• Provide advice and support to colleagues when required
• Work as a team to identify client needs and resolve issues by recording this information in a centralized system and streamlining to the appropriate group
• Assist Relationship Manager to develop a comprehensive coverage plan for each client, detailing goal, strategy, and growth potential
• Develop close working relations with other teams to encourage collaboration and client connectivity
• Assist in the training of new team members
  
  
  

The Requirements

• Proven experience in a client facing role
• Experience in connecting with Senior level stakeholders both internally and externally
• Some experience of working with technology products
• Analysing problems and translating that into a solution in software applications
• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent
• Excellent standard of spoken and written English and Cantonese/Mandarin
