JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establishes a management team,recruiting key talents to develops investment banking capabilities covering global research, investment, private equity, M&A consulting etc. 
• Identify and execute international M&A alliance with the Holding company's development.
• Focusing on Internal M&A, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, strategic advisory, etc. and related activities and will be involved with originating and executing all types of M&A transactions 
• Formulates business strategies and operation framework

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 10 years experience in private equity, venture capital, corporate M&A, or investment banking (preferably in the M&A group). Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. 
• Demonstrated experience in modeling, analysis and research in heavily-transactional situations.
• In-depth understanding of global financial markets, resourceful and well-connected in the industry
• Ideal candidate is entrepreneurial and driven by a new challenge.
• Good command of English.
