UCF Asset Management (HK) Limited is licensed by SFC to carry on Type 4 and Type 9 regulated activities. We are urgently looking to hire a Type 4 Responsible Officer immediately. The candidate should be either a current RO or with active license status.

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as Responsible Officer with management responsibilities and duties to supervise SFC regulated activities of the firm.
• Manage daily operations to ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations and standard of good market practices.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance or Business related disciplines.
• Current holder of SFC Responsible Officer license for Type 4 regulated activities.
• Sound knowledge of SFO, regulations and guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities and risk management control.
• Solid understanding about middle and back office operations, risk controls and investment process of fund management companies.
• Good ethic and strong in handling compliance matters for asset management.
• Team player, cheerful personality to get along; has a strong sense of responsibility, honesty and trustworthiness, has an excellent work ethic and integrity.
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese
