Responsibilities:

• Provide end-user technical support hardware & software setup;

• Perform regular backup monitoring, tape operations and off-site storage Operations;

• Follow-up with users on technical issues and queries;

• Coordinate and collect users’ requirement, review business operation process, system analysis and design, development and implementation and vendor management;

• System administration on MS Windows/Linux servers, database and web server;

• MS Windows network implementation, monitoring, and troubleshooting;

• File and email server administration and maintenance;

• Provide help desk, operation and technical support for FO & BO staff;

• Coordinate with third party vendors and HKEX for system implementation and maintenance;

• Support system maintenance, service provisioning and ad-hoc projects;

• Develop internal IT policies and guidelines for staff;

Requirements:

• Computer Science / Engineering or relevant discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience in IT / brokerage firms / banking/ fund house, including IT operations and support team;

• Experience with brokerage firms / banking/ fund house preferable

• Solid experience in system support, administration and programming;

• Familiar with standard desktop application, MS windows OS;

• Strong sense of responsibility and able to work under minimum supervision;

• Good communication skills;

• Immediate available preferred.
