Responsibilities:

• Responsible for performing HK and Overseas Stock markets, Futures markets and FX markets settlement;

• Handle DCASS and CCASS operations, post-trade processing;

• Maintain smooth running of routine functions;

• Follow up confirmation, payments, fund transfer, chasing and matching;

• Perform compliance and risk management on transactions;

• Perform system UAT and raise changed request for system implementation;

• Assist on ad hoc projects and reports.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor degree graduate with 7 years of relevant experience in license 1, 2,3 settlement;

• Strong knowledge in futures & options, shares and FX markets;

• Able to handle full settlement process and familiar with DCASS and CCASS operations;

• Familiar with SP, Esunny, Lynx and related settlement system

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel;

• Good knowledge in SFC and HKEx rules and regulations;

• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline;

• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Settlement Manager.
