Responsibilities:

• Assist the Managing Director to formulate and execute business project(s).
• Explore new business opportunities through strong local network.
• Build and maintain good relationship with corporate clients
• Perform effective management of the customer service functions
• Ensure the accuracy of all transactions
• Liaise with customers and business partners
• Review the operations procedure periodically
• Participate in the formulation of policy and standard

Requirements:

• University graduate or equivalent
• At least 7 years business and operations management experience in Banking / Insurance / Retail / Telecom
• Excellent analytical, detail-oriented and problem solving skills, communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated independent and logical thinking
• Good data analysis skills
• Well-versed in using MS Office, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese WP
• Good command of English and Putonghua
