The Role

• Be responsible for coordinating the procurement needs & facilities maintenance service / administrative requirements of the Jardine Aviation Services to support the group's business strategies.

The Person

• Diploma / Certificate in Purchasing & Supply Chain or FM or administration related discipline
• At least 3 years of experiences, perferable gain from purchasing / FM / administrative work
• Good English writing skill and fluent conversational English
• Basic knowledge in ISO & e-procurement system, perferable in 9001 & 14001 
• Self-motivation, Independent and able to work efficiiently in a fast paced environment
• Detailed oriented and able to work under pressure to meet with deadlines
• Occasional travel is required
• Familiar in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Procurement Officer
