Job Title:    Credit Manager /SeniorCredit Analyst / Credit Analyst

Salary:       Negotiable

Responsibilities: 

• Assessing Credit Risk for personal loan or mortgage on the property
• Evaluate the credit risk, credit rating, legal risk and market risk;
• Review application, loan documentation ad liaise with external department for any amendment and approval
• Monitor the drawdown, rollover and repayment of loan etc;
• Implement new and review existing credit policies & procedures in order to minimize the risk management/strategy planning and maximize business growth and profitability;
• Prepare credit assessment report, rating, analysis data for senior management review and approve;
• Monitor new/existing client(s) portfolio and due diligence issues;
• Credit for ad-hoc issues;

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
• 3 years experience in commercial or financial institutions or corporate banking industries.
• Experience in credit analysis in financial institutions or corporate bank.
• Strong credit analysis and risk management skills as well as ability to analysis on complex financial information.
• Good communication and presentation skills with good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
