Scope of Work:

• Provide appropriate investment advice on Hong Kong stock market to clients as per company requirements;
• Research and analyze on financial industry and listed companies, and prepare financial analysis reports;
• Gather company information, follow industry news, perform analysis and review on market trends;
• Maintain close relationship with clientsand listed companies, enhance service to clients by making good use of analysis reports;
• Under the guidance of corporate risk control policies, collate and analyze relevant information of target companies, and issue risk analysis report;
• Work with financial analysis/ research team from mainland parent company to provide integrated services to clients. 

工作範圍：

• 按照公司需要向投資者依法合規提供港股投資建議服務；
• 對行業及上市進行深入調研，攥寫研究報告；
• 搜集公司資訊，跟蹤行業動態，對其發展趨勢進行分析和評價；
• 與上市公司、投資客戶保持密切聯係，利用研究成果開拓客戶服務；
• 在公司風險控制政策指導下，整理和分析目標公司的相關資料，出具風險分析報告；
• 與公司大陸研究所和分支機構進行對接，共同服務客戶。

Requirement:

• Master Degree holder with major in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines;
• At least 2 years’ experience in the area of business analytic on Hong Kong securities, with emphasis on macro-economics and finance;
• Good knowledge in securities analysis and financial modeling;
• Strong skills in information gathering, data processing and analytics, excellent communications skills and good at team-working;
• Experience in investing risk management and the money-lending business-related laws &regulations is a plus;
• Working experience in Chinese background company, or license with Hong Kong Securities and Futures Intermediaries is preferred；

經驗和能力要求:

• 碩士以上學歷，經濟，金融或管理相關專業；
• 二年以上香港證券研究分析經驗，研究背景側重於宏觀和金融方向；
• 具證券分析及財務模型構建知識；
• 具有較強的資訊搜集，數據整理，分析判斷，表達溝通能力，團隊協作精神；
• 熟悉投資風險管理業務相關知識和香港放債業務法律法規者優先；
• 具有中資機構研究工作經驗，或香港證券從業資格相關牌照者優先。
