• Minimum 7-10 Years Woven Garment Merchandising experience for USA Market
• Poly/T.I./IVE graduate preferred
• Possess strong problem solving and decision making skills
• Mature, organized, detail oriented, hard-working, self motivated and able to work independently
• Manage the seasonal calendar and ensure that timelines are met
• Manage all merchandising responsibilities from development through shipment
• Daily interface with USA Office on production and new development
• Technically knowledgeable to check fabric quality, prints, lab dips, shade bands, trims, accessories and packaging 
• Ability to Travel Internationally
• Computer Literate – must be able to create/modify spreadsheets/P.O.’s/WIP
• Ability to read/speak/write English, Cantonese & Mandarin required
