We are currently looking for a high caliber, diligent, experienced and committed candidate to join our Research Team, reporting to our Chief Investment Officer.

Job Description:

• Conduct detail company research on Chinese companies listed in Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share markets
• Conduct in-depth sector, industry and company analysis to identify long and short investment opportunities
• Prepare research reports and present investment ideas to the Chief Investment Officer
• Require travelling to mainland China for onsite company visits/conferences
• Assist in preparation of monthly newsletter for investors

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of research experience in listed Chinese companies, in particular A-shares and H-shares (candidate with more experience will also be considered)
• Hedge fund and buy-side experience is a plus
• Excellent educational and/or professional credentials
• Strong analytical skills and good communication skills
• Good team player who is able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Mature, hardworking, self-disciplined, independent and proactive
• Native Mandarin speaker with fluency in English and Cantonese
• Experienced in Bloomberg, and preferably Wind (万得资讯)
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint

Remuneration
