Responsibilities:

• Provide an excellent service experience to customers
• Proactively provide professional advice on various range of skincare products and assist customers in choosing right products
• Recruit VIP and maintain long term relationship with the VIP customers
• Strive to meet or exceed shop sales targets
• Handle daily operations at store
• Maintain daily transaction and weekly inventory reports
• Maintain clean work areas and ensure enough stocks on-shelf  

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year hands-on experience in cosmetics or skincare industry
• Excellent communication skills, customer services and selling skills
• Self-motivated, passionate, caring individual
• Good English, fluent Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediately available will be an advantage

• 招募尊貴客戶及維持良好關係
• 達成或超越店鋪的銷售目標
• 處理日常店鋪運作
• 處理單日銷售報告和每週貨存報告
• 保持工作範圍整潔及確保店鋪有足夠貨存

入職要求:

• 具一年或以上護膚品零售經驗
• 良好溝通技巧、優越顧客服務和銷售技巧
• 積極主動、熱誠有禮
• 操良好英語、流利廣東話及普通話
• 可即時上班優先
