Training Manager

Key responsibilities:

• Identify training and development needs across Hong Kong & Macau;
• Design, formulate and implement training plans to meet with the business strategies;
• Prepare training material, develop & formulate training manuals and evaluation system;
• Provide demo and training to our customers and/or prospects at various locations (hotels, beauty salons, spas, medi-centers) on product knowledge, hands-on skills, customer services, selling techniques;
• Work in close collaboration with sales team helping them meet the company’s objectives;
• Participate in Trade Shows/Marketing Activities when required

Requirements: 

• High School Diploma and Completion of a recognized Aesthetic Program
• At least 5 years solid experience as an aesthetic device/skincare trainer
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Good spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Organized and flexible
• Must be congenial, supportive and “team” oriented
• Possess good communication and reasoning skills
• Available to travel and overtime work
