Responsibilities :

• To lead the design and implementation of leadership and professional development programs for front-line staffs

• To develop and evaluate training materials, program and performance measurement to ensure training effectiveness

• To regularly review and improve the training programs and materials

Requirements :

• Diploma or above in relevant program with ITEC / CIBTAC Level 3 Award in Education and Training (QCF) / City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma in Teaching, Training & Assessing Learning

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in beauty industry

• Experienced in training design and delivery

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word) and Chinese Word Processing

• Good command of English and Chinese

• Immediately available may consider first
