Our Client is a well-recognized Retail / FMCG group. To cope with their expansion, they currently have few new headcounts for the Operation / Area Manager position.

Responsibilities:

• Hold regular meetings with Management & Area Managers to oversee stores operations

• Manage and monitor staff performance to achieve sales target and drive retail excellence

• Enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the retail process

• Monitor target stock level, ensure high quality of store presentation and service standard

Qualifications:

• Form 5 graduate or above

• Over 6 years of retail experience for Operations Manager, 4 years for Area Manager

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

• Strong team and people management

• Welcome candidates from Fashion, Sports, Chain Stores, Supermarket, Cosmetics, Health Products

• Less experience will be considered as Area Manager
