Job Responsibilities:

• Manage ad-hoc projects, prepare ad-hoc data analysis and reports related to logistics operations, processes/projects.
• According to time/project allocation, assist supply chain managers in their mission, providing them analytical and operational support to conduct the projects requested.
• Analyze and suggest improvements in the overall process.
• Develop excel/access tools.
• Develop or maintain clear and up-to-date procedural documentation.

Requirements:

• University Degree in Logistics Engineering and Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
• At least 2 years experience in Supply Chain Management or Logistics.  Previously worked in logistics providers or forwarders is preferrable.
• Fresh graduates with high potential will be considered.
• Strong interest in supply chain and logistics.
• Process-oriented, with strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Ability to understand specific logistics information, translate this information into relevant business terms or concepts (and reciprocate).
• High ability to manipulate figures and data sheets.
• Ability to communicate with different levels and strong presentation skills.
• Willing to leverage the use of information systems and develop new tools.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Computer literate and proficient in MS Office applications.  Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
• Well organized to prioritize projects and process multiple tasks.
