Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall coordination and management of assigned projects, including progress, quality, costing and client relationship management
• Monitor overall commercial, contractual and technical matters of assigned projects, including tendering process
• Organize, control and supervise overall site activities
• Ensure all project activities comply with legal and contractual requirements
• Attend regular site meetings and liaise with client’s representatives, architects and subcontractors
• Projects including show flat, office, retail store, restaurant and public projects
• Station in Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China

Job Requirements:

• Holder of Higher Diploma or Higher Certificate or above in the related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of solid working experience in fitting out projects
• Good in Microsoft Office and Project
• Knowledge in AutoCAD
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Strong management, communication and problem solving skills
• Independent, initiative and responsible
• Strong Leadship / Management and able to work under pressure
• Immediate available will be an advantage
