Responsibilities

• Supervise a technical team and outside contractors for day-to-day operation, maintenance and repair works for building and E&M installations
• Coordinate and monitor fit-out, reinstatement, renovation and A&A works
• Prepare tender documents for operation and maintenance contracts
• Conduct feasibility study of system improvement and E&M provisions for restaurant and retail shops
• Assist in handling engineering enquiries, procurements and budget estimation
• Liaise with other parties for providing technical support for promotion events and activities

Qualifications and Requirements

Work Experiences :

• At least 4 years’ relevant experience in renovation, A&A works, property and facilities operation, maintenance and repair
• Solid experience in administration and coordination of all elements of fitting out and reinstatement works for general retail shop and restaurant
• Good presentation, investigation and problem solving skills
• Mature, self-motivated, target-oriented and able to work independently
• Possession of strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of PC with MS Office and AutoCAD application

Education :

• Degree holder in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering

Professional Qualifications :

• Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade A or above)

Language(s) & Skill(s) :

• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
