Vanke Property (Hong Kong) Company Limited is responsible for expanding the property development portfolio in Hong Kong with several projects on hand.  

Reporting to the Director of Operations Department, the candidate will play a key role and be responsible for the following:

• Work independently and co-ordinate with the Project Manager, Contract Manager, consultants and contractors for all project related activities to ensure the completion of projects in a cost-effective manner and within the time frame and quality standards
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives for E&M related works
• Advise project team on cost effective and value-added improvement works
• Manage and monitor E&M Consultants and Contractors performance

Requirements:

• Degree qualification in Building Services Engineering or related discipline with a membership of HKIE will be an advantage
• At least 10 years’ experience in E&M contract or project management in the construction industry, particularly experience with main contractors / developers would be an advantage
• Experience in handling small and large-scale residential projects in HK
• Responsible for prestigious residential and commercial developments in HK
• Knowledgeable in local regulations and procedures of building and planning
• Working knowledge of BIM and BEAM Plus
• Strong organization and leadership skills with excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Proficiency in PC skills, particularly on MS Words, Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English and Putonghua
