Requirements:

• At least three years or above experience in managing a portfolio of buildings
• Responsible for the daily management operations such as cleaning and general repairs of the assigned buildings
• Experience in handling renovation and central air conditioning system
• Carry out building inspections arrange work quotations and reports writing and work quotation analysis
• IT competent user, result-oriented, pleasant characters, good presentation skill and can work independently under great pressure
• Immediate available would be preferable and with less experience would be considered the post of Property Officer
