• Holder of Degree or Higher Diploma in Building related discipline
• Air Cooled Chiller Water System/VRV A/C System/Split Type A/C System/Fan Coil Unit System
• Building Services operation and maintenance;
• E & M Fitting out co-operation on site experience;
• Handling E & M trouble shooting;
• Minimum 5 years’ experience of supervisory level;
• Good command of both spoken & written Cantonese and English;
• Knowledge in MS Word & Excel and AutoCAD
