Responsibilities

• Report to Directors
• Conduct internal design review and manage work program
• Prepare design proposals
• Handle detailed design and full set of working drawings
• Co-ordinate with clients, sub-contractors, and other third parties
• Generate and execute solutions to any ad-hoc design & project problems

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree Holder of Interior Design, Architectural or other related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years experience
• Experience in luxury residential and hospitality projects is preferable
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/ SketchUp/ Photoshop
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and productive
