Responsibilities:

• Lead the Project and Maintenance Team
• Coordinate and lead all maintenance issues (eg. contractor management, external interior designers, coordination, obtain quotations)
• Restaurant license submission
• Coordinate fitting out, repair, and maintenance issues
• Handle all fire engineering,
• Kitchen equipment sourcing
• Assist with equipment ordering

Requirements:

• Degree holder preferred in Interior Design, Building Studies, or Engineering
• Pre-opening experience in restaurants and food and beverage establishments
• Experienced in project management and scheduling is a MUST
• Experienced in handling restaurant licensing submission and building and fire regulations
• Detailed-oriented with strong negotiation and communications skills with sub-contractors and Technical Team
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent administrative skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong coordination skills
