The Role

As one of the future key players in our growing company, you will work closely with the Group CEO to drive the company's creative and design teams to further heights.  You will be a part of an exciting stage in our Company and its brands, bringing leadership and direction to the Graphic Design, Interior Design, Product Design, Visual Merchandsing functions.  You will be the key collaborator and coordinator for all branding concepts.

• A hands-on individual who has the passion and perserverance to ensure projects are executed with the finest level of precision 
• Flexible mindset and acceptance for ad hoc and constant changes
• Degree holder in the Design, Fine Arts, Visual Arts disciplines
• Experience working with food and beverage, hospitality, lifestyle, and retail concepts and products
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Creative and a trend-setter
• Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese
• Proven track record of leading Design teams with success
• An eye for details
