Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee Visual Merchandising Supervisor and Merchandise Coordinators on the daily merchandising processes and hold them accountable.
- Review product information (new receipts, promotions, markdowns, etc.) and develop merchandising concepts in Visual Merchandising.
- Ensure proper trends, merchandising and styling techniques are represented.
- Meet deadlines to ensure that stores receive all visual directives on time.
- Partners with other Floor Managers in the development, introduction and implementation of new merchandising techniques and product placement.
- Demonstrate ability to properly balance and place fixtures.
- Manage the Visual Merchandising Supervisor and Merchandise Coordinators.
- Work closely with the buying team and Regional Visual Manager to ensure the vision is properly communicated.
Job Requirements:
- Exceptional merchandising skills.
- Sustains an understanding of fashion and trends in all markets.
- Continually looks for inspiration by shopping the competition, canvassing the media and identifying emerging trends in all environments.
- Maintains attendance according to company guidelines.
- Computer knowledge and mathematical skills.
- Must be comfortable lifting and moving large items (ladder, fixtures, etc..
- Demonstrates Integrity.
- Plans and executes Company objectives.
