ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Location: Hong Kong

Reporting to: Creative Director, cievents Hong Kong

This position is to ensure the highest standard in our clients event related design assignments.  

Job Responsibilities

• Work on event related design assignments, including items such as graphic and technical renderings, brochures / ball program, logos, videos and marketing material
• Collaborate with the production team to produce the designs according to requirements
• Communicate directly with the vendors, such as printing companies/ production companies
• Visit event sites for measurements, pictures, etc.
• Help to coordinate during the event set up and the event itself
• Work on ad hoc projects as required
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• Education: Graphic Design, Technical Design, Visual Arts Diploma, Event Design or above
• A good sense of design, color and style
• Creativity and imagination
• An in-depth knowledge of design software (AI, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects. CAD etc )
• An in-depth knowledge of Video editing and Simple Animation/ Motion Graphic 
• A high level of attention to detail
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player
• Being comfortable in a multicultural environment is a must
• Fluent in both Cantonese and English
• Ad hoc travel as required
